Sasuke leaves the village inspite of Sakura’s pleas and tears (what does she see in that insensitive jerk anyway?). Tsunade asks newly-appointed chuunin Shikamaru to lead a mission team to bring Sasuke back. Shikamaru brings Naruto, Kiba, Chouji, and Neji along. Shikamaru thinks of the perfect formation for his team (wow, you’re so smart, Shikamaru, I wish I have your brains). Lee regrets that he can’t come with them because of his injuries and he’s desperate to start training again. Orochimaru’s men give Sasuke sleeping pills and put him inside a barrel. Two Konoha jounins encounter Orochimaru’s men, fight them, and get killed. Careless Naruto nearly falls for a trap. Shikamaru’s 5-man team reaches Orochimaru’s men, explosions arise, and more fighting ensues.

One of the nation’s largest car insurance companies says it wants to ride shotgun — at least virtually — with 5,000 willing participants. Ohio-based Progressive Insurance plans to analyze drivers’ habits by installing a device in volunteers cars for collecting that data. Progressive officials say more data means lower rates for safe drivers. But privacy advocates worry the data could make its way into the wrong hands.
